A 16th century ferryman's Inn on the banks of the River Wharfe set in the quintessential English village. Beamed ceilings, oak panelling, log fires and a traditional Dales Bar. Excellent characterful accommodation, AA rosetted food, real ales and fine wines. We hold a Civil wedding licence, have newly refurbished function and conference rooms - which are floored and panelled in oak. Our riverside gardens and terraces run down to and border The Wharfe, we have private and permit fishing, and are situated on the Dalesway itself. Family owned and run - The red Lion is truly a hotel for all seasons
