Built in 2004, this spacious 4 bedroom self catering accommodation with sea-facing sun room is ideal for a beach holiday, as a base to visit the many heritage sites, or to explore the natural beauty of Northern Ireland.

Suitable for up to 6 people, 4 bedrooms, modern kitchen/diner with all appliances, bathroom, shower room, downstairs toilet, garden. TV, video, stereo, washing machine and tumble drier. All linen provided (except beach towels).

Rental rates low season £400 high season £700

Deposit of £200 pw within 7 days of booking balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £250 (refundable) required breakages, damages.
